I was promised a rebate 90 days after purchase. When I called 90 days later, they said "oh didn't you fill out our rebate form?" "Why no, I responded, this was not mentioned." Well, I was informed that it would now be 10 to 16 weeks after they received the rebate form. October 5th to Nov. 1st was the new timeline. I recently called, now they tell me it was going to be 16-18 weeks after they received my rebate form (Aug 9th)--which would make it almost a year after purchase of a virus protector and portable hard Drive. I doubt this company will send the rebate ever.
