Hello, this site has requested privacy so I will not give my name, but after a lot of online searching I found the site and this one lodging a few complaints against it. My sister was desperately wanting a #7 Luke McCown Saints jersey, which is uncommon as he is a backup. Neither one of us can really afford to pay over $100 for a custom jersey at the major stores, but this site had it for $70. I crossed my fingers and made the purchase.

Broken english and grammar and third-party processing sites I never heard of made me nervous, but the transaction went through, and I received a confirmation email as promised, though it really provided no information except for the estimated shipping time. I did contact them via email and got "Jone" (at the customer service email listed here), who immediately provided me tracking and shipping information. Two weeks later, my sister received her jersey and is very happy with her brother. ^_^

I do not deny that there are a number of red flags and sketchy aspects when you look around officialnflfansshop.com, and I cannot speak for those who have not had a negative experience so far with them, but I wanted to let it be known that I did have a successful transaction with them, and "Jone" was very helpful throughhout, broken english and all.
