I ordered from dealextreme and received an email on 26.08.2013. saying it was shipped but have never received it. I have contacted them a number of times and each time they put me off, asking me to wait a little longer. As it is now nearly 2 months since it was supposed to have been shipped, I'm assuming I will never see the item. The company has refused to refund my money too.
