I was purchasing an offer for Pure Garcinia Cambodia, and was under the impression I would be charged $2.95 for shipping. I was to have 3 days from the purchase date (7 October, 2013) to change my mind before being charged. I immediately called the company and as their lines were busy from all the calls they suggested contacting them via customer support at [email protected]. So I wrote and cancelled, still not understanding what I was cancelling as I didn't think I ordered anything. I re-sent the message two days later because I didn't hear anything. Today I see my credit card has been charged for US$159.00. I called the company and they were offering me a 50% refund (I could apparently return the product within 14 days and get a refund, but I live in Australia and the product probably would not reach me buy then and they advised that after the 14 days, I would not receive a refund even if I returned the product)I was so frustrated after speaking to a supposed supervisor who just kept regurgitating the same message that the tele-operators were saying. The second time I called back, they operator told me that a full credit had been put through by the previous operator. I told her that was a lie because they told me that I would not get a full credit. She then just said that I could have a 50% credit. When I questioned her on the enormous amount of complaints against the company that I found on-line, and asked how they could treat people like this, the line went quiet--they disconnected.I called back a third time. The operator was some what more genuine but still saying exactly the same thing the other operators were saying, that I could have a 50% discount. At this point I agreed, he assured me I would receive it within the next 5-10 working days. I don't know what else to do, this company is not contactable in any other way than through their customer service, which has numerous phone numbers but all goes to the same place.
