Used the site to get ffxiv gil and was told they had it in stock and that max wait was 15min. After 2 hours I went round and round with them with the response always being it will be soon. That kept going for a day before I reported to paypal. They then asked me to remove the dispute and they would send me a refund. I left the dispute and paypal utlimately sided with them because it is intangible goods. To this day I have not gotten the gold or the money back from them.
