I purchased some Pandora Charms through charmssaleonline.co.uk on 1st October 2013 the money was apparently taken through SSL bill pay, but to date I have received nothing. I have contacted charmssaleonline who told me to be patient!! I today contacted them again cancelling my order and asked for a refund. I also contacted SSL bill pay to tell them that I had cancelled the order, and have asked for a reverse transaction, but after reading the comments on her it sounds like they are fraudulent as well.

Please help!!!
