My son has a recently received a phone for his 13 birthday. He has received text messages from unknown numbers. The messages are NOT for children. He does not like such things and deletes them accordingly. I have been left out of pocket of £50 plus this month. I called t-mobile who where helpful and they have now put a block on his phone. I await the next bill...
