I needed to change my name on my social security card. When I typed social security name change into the google bar, this came up & appeared to be official government site. I went through the entire process, filling in with all my personal info only to receive a sheet of paper that I paid this forty dollars for & still had to take to the social security office. Once I got there, I found the exact same paper I picked up for free!
