I purchased off this company on 20th September for some Canon Lenses for my new camera - they are not returning my emails and their web page is now unavailable. I cannot find a phone number. I had to direct deposit into an account and will NEVER be doing that again!
I will be filing with the ACC etc to see if I can get my $$ refunded.
Below is the email I received:
Hi there. Your recent payment on Direct Camera Warehouse has been processed.
Your order will now be forwarded to our warhouse to be put in the shipping queue. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours after the courier collects your parcel.
