Order placed on line and confirmed. Day following the order, I received a call from a sales person who badgered me for a positive reference on their web site. That did not happen, as the web site kept locking up.
The order confirmation indicated shipment could take 14 days. On the 15th day, I emailed customer service, no response. Sept 15 another email sent, no response. Checked order tracking on their web site, which indicated order was processed.... saying nothing about shipping. Called the company Sept 26 and was placed on hold for 45 minutes before being hung up on, without a conversation. Called back Sept 30 and sat in cue for 65 minutes. Spoke with customer service representative who indicated the order was shipped 8/22. He then told me he placed an order tracking request on the order and would have a response in 24-48 hours. After waiting another week I sent another email requesting response, prior to contacting my CCard company and States Atty General. No response. Looking for either the order I placed, or return of my $$ since my credit card was charged in September. Also would like to make sure this vendor cleans up their act, as witnessed by other complaints posted about this vendor for similar actions.
