I recieved a call from this number 308-872-9039 saying that they had filed a lawsuit against me for a payday loan that I never asked for or recieved. They guy on the phone was all these different charges against me and he had all my informationlike my job, my bank,my ss#. I dont know what to do how I protect myself from these people.. Do I need to get a lawyer?

- i just had the same call. it is a scam was it alex brown? he tole me i owed a loan to ge captal retail bank. he read all kinds of charges was rude wouldnt give you any supposed loan info? google the number also report it to the bank he said

- I've been getting the same calls from that number they say they represent the lynch law group but when I look it up in that city nothing shows up I've called and I got put on hold 6 times before they hung up on me
