Sent gold to them via the envelope supplied on Monday 7th October 2103.
Royal Mail show it as delivered
The ref number they gave me
says it is not recognised by their site.
I phoned the free phone number supplied within the opening hours 17 times, everytime time directed to an answer phone, no return call ever received
I have had no offer by phone or any other form of contact.
Their direct message service on their web site doesn’t work either?
They just totally ignore you, the best scammers ever and nothing you can do about it as royal mail have forfilled their end of the deal, so no compensation due.
A warning to use all, what sounds to good to be true IS.
