This company advertises for free games and tricks people into downloading a "free" game then changes the charge to $1. so you enter your payment info to pay the $1 and they charge you $1 and 4 days later they charge $39.95. When you realize you had been scammed you go to their cancellation page where they tell you for .99 cents you can be put on the "express" cancellation. So anyone needing their 40 bucks back quickly pays the .99 cents. 5 days later you still receive no refund so you call the company. Then you learn that that .99 cent express cancellation doesn't trigger a refund. The only way to get a refund is to call after you pay the 99 cents and then the person you talk to will issue a refund in 10-14 business days. So the free game has turned out to cost me $41.94 and I have no faith that I will ever get my refund.
