In August of this year we filled a service claim with hour home warranty ( HMS) about our water heater. Now it is October the 9th, 2013 and after send two different pluming and two different electrical companies, they still cannot figure out what is wrong with our water heater. I must say that perhaps HMS only works with incompetent companies. HMS also is not compassionate about it customers, they do not understand that I have so far taken 5 days off from work so that I can be at home and only to hear from these incompetent people that we do not know what is wrong with the water heater. My advice to HMS is to get out of warrant business or find competent contractors. I hope that HMS loose clients like me and hope it goes out of business. I own a real estate company, and will not advise to any of my client to have HMS as their home warranty company and I definitely will not re new my contract.
