On the 5th of Septembet i recieved a phone call from Mr Steve the customer service rep. from this number 775 553 5551 that my application loan have been approved. He asked me how much loan i was looking at i told him $500 then he said that their company does not grant a loan below $1000. That they grant from $1000-10000. then i said ok l want to apply for $2000 he said that before they could process the loan that i have registet with their company America Pay Cash with $100 that i have purchase greendot moneypak card of $4.95 after the money i use on purchase of the card will be added to $2000 loan. so i did as he told me. Then he said that the money $2000 will be rekease in couple of hour so i should my bank account. so i did but there was no money $2104.95 in my bank account so i decided to call them back, which Mr Steve received my call and ask me if i have receive the money because the money had been deposited into my bank account i told him no then he said i should not hang up the phone he called Mr Rob the supervisor.Mr Rob told me that the money was onhold at their Insurance department i asked why he said that because the money was big that if anything happen whose gonna pay back that their insurance department requir me to oay 20% of the money thats the loan. That i have to do it through Western Union i said ok. I ask how should i send the money he called Mr Andrew Smith then Andrew told that i should the name of one their directors by Tezin Thundup that he was in India as soon as he gets the money He Mr Thundup will approved the loan. Also He Mr Andrew told me that the money $200 will be added together to the loan amount $2000 then summing it up $2314.95 will be deposited to my bank account an hour time. so i did send the $200 by name Tezin Thundup. i called him that i have the sent the
money he told me that i should not worry that my money will be
deposited into my account in hours time that i should check my account. So i did that night no money was deposited. I called them
next day 09/13/13 that money $2314.95 have reflected into my account this time was Steve who answered my phone call then he call another supervisor by the name John. John told not wirry that they speed up the loan in next 30mins. After much one hour i check my account yet nothing i called back again this me it was
Rob that spoke with me he said the loan was still onhold at their
insurance department that i needed to come up with another $300
that the amount of $2614.95 will be deposited into my account of which i told him no that i did not have another money that i was longer interested again that the loan should be canceled. I told him to cancel the loan that i want my money $314.95 to be refunded back. Then He told me that i have to wait for 30 business day before the could refund my money. Since then i have been calling them to refund they kept saying that i have to pay $200 through western union before they could refund my money. This is how it has been. They called me 10/03/2013 that my loan
has been approved i reminded them that they should refund my
money. They called back again on the 7th and 8th of this October i
reminded them they should refund my money.
This is how it has been with the America Pay Cash. Please i use
this medium to tell the company to refund my money $314.95.
I would also be forever grateful if these is being acted upin.
