I was quoted for 2 tickets to Accra in July 2013, I was given a booking reference and sent a confirmation email. I was instructed on when and where to make the payments which I did. But my e-tickets never materialised despite my numerous phone calls until the day BEFORE we were due to travel they called me saying the quote I was given no longer applied and that I had to pay extra money if I wanted to travel. I refused to pay the extra money (Thank God !)and demanded my money back; they kept making excuses even telling me that their bank was not authorising them to make any withdrawals ... after a while I think they saved my number so every time I called they pretended to be someone else and not know anything about the case. 3 months later I am still without a refund and they are still operating !!
