I recently purchased a pair of shoes from the website named above. The first thing that signaled that this was not a good website to purchase from after i had already purchased the goods were that they didn't give me a summary of my order like other websites would. However, what they did send me was an email notifying me of my purchase. This was the content of the email:

After i received that email, on the 7 of October, the next day i received an email saying they didn't have my shoe that i ordered in stock which they had failed to mention on the website while i was purchasing the shoe. The email read:

would you mind change for another one
so sorry about it .hope you can understand it

So i agreed to allow them to change the order. So i replied and told them what shoe i wanted instead and i specifically went to their website and copied the link to the shoes that i wanted. They said they will check and then notice me. The sent me another email on October 9 2011 saying that they had sent the one that i said i wanted and as soon as they received the tracking number they will forward the number to me.

On October 11, I received an email confirming the confirmation number and it read:

Being anxious and happy about my new shoes i emailed them and asked how long should it take to get to me and they said 5 to 7 business days. I watched the package earnestly online at the USPS website. As soon as an update was put up for the package i saw the update. I package arrived on Thursday October 13 and i anxiously opened the package to find that it was the total wrong order. The color was not the color i agreed to as i did send them the link to the shoe that i wanted showing the color. But what made matters worse was that it was the wrong size. I ordered a size 8 and they sent me a size 4. I immediately emailed them about the situation and the email i sent read:

To Whom This May Concern,

I thought that this company was a reputable outlet to purchase shoes from with the ability to handle a customers request efficiently and effectively but apparently this is not the case. After multiple emails back to forth to ensure that the right pair of shoes in terms of color and size would be shipped, your department failed to send me the correct order. I cannot express my dissatisfaction at this point and would like some kind of recourse immediately. Initially I ordered the white and red ones and you didn't have them in stock. Because of this, I changed my order to the navy blue and red ones and you sent me the blue and white ones. I just received the shoes you sent me and they are not what I ordered, in fact my order was totally wrong.
And then to top it off, you sent me a size 4y when i ordered a size 8. I am not pleased with the service and it would have been ok if the pair you sent was in the right size but the ones i received are way too small.
In the event that i would have to return this order, let it be known that i will not stand the responsibility of return shipping costs.

Please respond as soon as possible.

This email was sent on that day Thursday October 13 2011 at 12:22. They would not respond so i sent 7 other emails about the shoe situation then they replied saying that :

because the one you ordered is out of stock
and we have noticed you that we will change for another one
and you agree with it

So i told them yes i agreed to change the shoe and not the size of the shoe. The they went on to tell me that i ordered a size EUR+36 which is a size US=4 when they do not sell that size in the shoe they sent. Even if i had made the mistake of choosing the wrong size in the original order which i doubt i did and which they have yet to prove to me that i did, on the website they do not sell the pair they sent in a size EUR=36. On the website they start at EUR=41 which is equivalent to US=8 and this is the size i wanted. Then they asked me to send them pics of the shoe that i received with the size showing and i did as they asked. Then they said that i ordered EUR=36 and that was the size they sent. So i asked them to show me a copy of my order where i ordered that size. I cant accurately remember the size so after days of waiting on a reply and sending additional emails asking to attend the issue with my order they said:

because we just send the size you ordered
the size you ordered is in euro size 36 .and the size is all right

They are reluctant in answering my emails and when they do answer the emails they are never detailed in information. So after being irritated by the situation and because i really want the shoe and i already paid for it i decided that i will pay for the return of the ones i sent. Then they replied with this email:

if you agree to pay for the return and back shipping fee .you can add some money
we will resend one for you

This is ridiculous, first they sent me the shoe in the wrong color that i didn't agree on because i wanted the navy blue and red shoe yet they sent me the blue and white. Then the size they sent was totally off as i wanted a EUR=8 and they sent a EUR=36. They shoe no sign of even being willing to address the situation and they dont seem to want to refund the money. On top of that, they want me to pay for return shipping plus shipping of the other pair of shoes plus more money and this is preposterous. This tells me that this is not a safe site and place of business because they have no remorse for their customers, they take long in replying to urgent matters and their emails are never structured with a company letter head nor are they ever detailed and professional. Furthermore i asked how much it will cost to return the shoe they sent and to ship the new ones to me and they said that i would also have to add more money to the purchase price for the shoe. At this point I am very irritated and dissatisfied with their business and am no longer interested in their products. I want a refund of the money and i will return their product because I have not use for them if they cannot fit me.
