I just discovered this. It happened sometime today and my Credit Union is closed. It appears to be another hit from China. Why doesn't the NSA or the CIA do something useful like hire hackers to send viruses to China instead of spying on US?

The hacking news was a chinese planted story, every one spies, some countries steal on the ideas for rockets, trains, fighter planes, solar energy and export trillions with very little ideas ... Would that be bad?
