I have just experienced the same problem as your other complaint. I ordered a trial of the Garcinia Cambogia pills and was very very careful not to agree to anything extra or tick or unstick the right boxes. The invoice I was provided listed the products as free and only declared a small shipping fee. When my credit card statement came through they had charged me the above fees. We contacted the bank immediately and then this company who claimed the pills were only a trial for 3 days! The pills did not arrive with me until 3 weeks later! We complained to them that this was fraudulent billing and would take further action. they responded to say we could send the tablets back and get a partial refund! The tablets have just arrived and so we contacted them again to be told that we could not get any form of refund as it was past the 14 days refund policy. We will be looking to take further action against this company.
