I received a call and was offers savings. After the "free trial" u requested a cancelation. I just noticed they have been removing money from my account for the past year and I have received no compensation monetary or materialisticly. I have obtained no member card, coupons, discounts, or whatever they offer people. I have apparently had a membership this whole time and received nothing for it.
