The company approved me for a loan to be secured by an insurance policy. I paid for the insurance and then never received the loan. The manager said the private lender was not cooperating with Alliant so he found me a new lender for a larger loan. I paid additional insurance fees due to the second loan being a higher amount and then never received the second loan.
Update: 10/08/2013
I have a substantial amount of documentation that I was not able to upload. Kindly advise where I should send the additional documents related to my claim.
