On the 5th of October, I saw the Dr.Oz item on Bing (the search engine) It said I could get a trial bottle for the $4.95 shipping charge. On the right column was a big green color rectangled box which repeat the Free Bottle offer...I filled in name and address phone# and email address. Click and the next rectangled wanted my Visa Card #. All this information was on the top half of the offer page. I filled it out. It had a long yellow band across the page stating 100%! The next 3 pages offered other items. Finally I was done. I thought I should have contact information: an email address or a telephone number in case I needed to make sure they canceled the progam they offer free for a month and then bill my Visa another almost $10.00 a month. I just wanted the Free Tria Bottle to try, to make sure I would not be alergic to the product. I scroll to the bottom of the page where there was no contact infromation?? I saw for the first time I was billed $148.00, not the $4.95 for shipping!!
I tried to find a way to cancel; but could not.
I went to the top half of the page and saw on the left side, a small box on the left contained a check in a box, which I never checked!! It said if this was checked I would get 2 free bottles if I paid $29.60 each for the 3 bottles. ($88.80) but they charge my Visa for $148.00, which is $29.60 each for the 5 bottles??? And never my Free Trial Bottle for $4.95. It took me hours to finally get a telephone number to contact which worked. They refused to cancel my order and the only way I could get a refund was to accept the 5 bottles and pay for the return shipping charge and also pay them for the re-stocking free!! (Contact number in St. George is 1-877-763-0272) I would suggest we all FAX our complaints to the Attorney General of UT in Ogden UT, John E. Swallow (Attorney General fax number is: 801-394-0547)In your state you can file a complaint to your State's Attorney. Use a Search Engine and you can print-out a complaint form and fill it out and mail it to them. Ask your Attorney to call the Attorney General in Utah. Give your Attorney General the toll free number of the Warehouse at St. Geroge in Utah. I have used this number today (Oct. 8th) and it is still working. It is: 1-877-763-0272.
A side note: I pressure the operator to give me the address of the warehouse, finally she said it was P.O. Box 912, St. George, UT 72301. This was a total lie..no P.O. Box# and the zip code for St. George is 84771.
They told me I should have read the terms and conditions; I did click for this and the page was not available!! They did email me a copy, and I called after reading the terms and conditions and asked where it stated they had a right to do this "Bait & Switch. They hung up!! Put the words "BAIT & SWITCH" in all your complaints to the Attorney Generals!

Thank you for helping others!!
