I returned the product as per their spacific instructions and they have yet to refund my money. I was told 7-10 business days and then I was told it had to be processed thru the warehouse and then I was told that it had not been processed yet then I was told that there was a computer problem and it would be another 24 to 48 hrs from the 7-10 working days to process my refund then I was told it wasn't cleared on the refund list and my favorite is well it can take up to 30 days for you to get your refund but I will put you on the urgent list to get you your money faster. I am going to my bank and reporting then for theft I have the receipt from the USPS stating the time they received their product and plan to do what I can to sue the pants off them if possible. I have taken their names down and the date and time I spoke to each person. I am not a very happy person at this point. The ppl I have spoken to thus far are as follows: Christine, Dexter, Rachel, Fransis-supervisor and Carrie-supervisor. There are also 2 numbers to reach the same ppl one I found on my checking account statement the other was on the packing slip with the product.... bank statement 1-855-822-1654 Christine and Carrie are there. The other is 1-855-8511 thats where u will find Dexter and Francis. They are all liars and thieves.
