I also purchased thr Eqinox day & night cream and RVTL as a package from a facebook advert and paid about £15 for the 2, however, have just seen my Bank statement and they have deducted £184 from my account. Having eventually getting through to sheridan labs the young man although just doing his job was adamant that a full refund will not be applied due to company policy. I will be returning the products and they will refund £20 for each product along with £100 - I did kick up such a stink. I will mail these back to day and expect to receive a refund for £140 by Friday week, otherwisr I will beback onto them and out of principle take this further with consumer advice
