I orederd a trial to be received within 14 days. which i never received,still waiting one month later Oct.8 2013. At the time of placing the order i specifally asked about shipping and handling charges and they said none would be applied. I also said i wished to cancel any further orders(auto ship).I then hung up the phone and called 2 minutes later tomake sure the order would be cancelled and they said it ould be cancelled. So, on this months Visa i see a charge for the original $2.97 order PLUS a $84.55 charge for a auto shipment. I called customer support they said i never cancelled the order and it is non-refundable. This is how they make their money. TOTAL SCAM.
I have yet toreceive any product what so ever.
