I'm from Canada and I was scammed for there promo on the internet (Facebook). They offered the free trial for Green tone Pro and Ven Cleanse as long you pay the shipping cost. Just last month I was surprise they charge me almost 180.00 canadian dollars and I called my credit company and explain it to me what is happening and advise to cancelled right a way not on the phone it should be through email because I will have a written documents. I emailed [email protected] told them that I want to stop my subscription and give me refund because I had bad reaction to the product. The person who answered my email does't want to cancel my subscrition at first his name is Venny Lotus a customer Manager. He keeps offering me a lower prices which is half price what I paid and told me that I cannot have my refund and insist there terms. After 2nd email he finally cancelled my subscription telling him that they scammed people. After a week I received another package from them which confused me and did not even open it. I thought it was the end of my nightmare just few days ago I received another bill they charge me another 180.00 canadian dollars and they say that They already charge me second time before I cancelled my subscription. They are really tricky I check all the dates, they send my trial products past my trial period which is 14 days and billed me on my second time in advance 3 weeks late before I received my second package.
They are professional scammers they trick a lot of people according to my credit company (Visa). Please stop them before they will victimized more people.
