I ordered trials of two tablets via the Facebook site, someone had liked them on Facebook and I thought I could do with losing some weight. So I thought seeing as it would only cost me £5.95 for the p&p for the Vitacleanse and only £4.95 for the p&p for the Nutriberry Slim, I thought it was a good deal and worth trying. So I orderedboth trials, inputed my M&S Mastercard details.

However when these two payments for £5.95 and £4.95 were debited from my credit card the VitaCleanse showed up as Extremecleanse on my statement and the Nutriberry Slim as Healthy Weight on my statement, but I didn't think anymore about that.

Its some 2 weeks since the bottles arrived, but I have not opened them as I have just started on Statins for high cholesterol and the pharmacist did not think it was a good idea to use these tablets at the same time.

So tonight I decided to check my M&S Mastercard online account, and shockingly there was a debit for £84.99 showing on my statement for 29/09/2013 by HEALTHY KETONE HEALTHY 02032811046XX GBR for £84.99. I searched the Scambook website and found the telephone number 02032811048 reported by another duped customer who had fallen for this scam.

I rang the number, spoke to an Asian gentleman named Chris Williams. I complained about being charged £84.99, he told me that they had tried to debit another amount of £64.99 from my MasterCard, thankfully M&s rejected the transaction. he said that these charges were explained in the terms and conditions, explaining that the trial finished in 14 days and that these charges would then be made. I told him that I didn't want the tablets, I hadn't even opened the packages yet and that I wanted a refund for the £84.99. First of all he told me that he would refund me £60.00 of the £84.99, but that I could keep the VitaCleanse tablets but I had to return the Nutriberry Slim. I told him I wanted a full refund, he told me then that I had to return both bottles and then gave me a RMA Returns number for each Bottle, and told me to return the bottles to the following address:-

BTB Mailflight Limited
Wolseley Road
Kempston
Bedford
MK42 7UA

The above address is a completely different address to the address that is on each despatch note that arrived with the tablets, which was:-

PPF Shipping Ltd
P.O.Box 13511
EH49 7YH

Chris told me to put both RMA numbers on the outside of the parcel, put both tablet bottles inside and then return at Post Office, get proof of postage to confirm. Then ring back with the Tracking Number 7 days later and then when confirmed ask them to cancel my trials.

the only problem is that I am worried that I'll return the bottles and I won't get a refund, then Ill have paid £10.90 for initial p&p, conned for another £84.99, returned the bottles at my expense and be without anything to show for all of this.
