I am not sure about the location of the Cititrader or VIP Cititrader. Dave Johnson earlier told me that they operate from New York USA and had the NY listed phone number.
Dave had been promising me for big returns and got me to invest more and more. The account kept on losing for which he provided different excuses. Now I have asked them for a refund as they are losing money big time. He refused due to bonus deals which he never clarified to me and the other fact that they traded the account and I did not touch it at all (16K in managed account). He asked me to sign another contract worth 10K recently which I couldn't. I asked him for few more days to look into the contract, his response was that don't worry about the contract just send me the money. I have email and phone records. They promised me again to fix their stuff and show positive gains and I am waiting till next week to decide my course of action. I have the analysis based on their trading history that I can present. I have emails and ph records.
