My husband and I had been trying to get a loan just to get us by for the month until I started my new job. He had got a call saying that he was approved for a $2,000.00 and that we just had to put $211.00 on a Green Dot Money Pak card and we would have our loan in our bank account within the hour. So we did because we were assured that the money would be refunded to us. We then received another call from the lovely loan advisor Emily Rogers (if that's even her real name) that because my husband has a bad credit score that we would have to upgrade for a refundable amount of $180.00 and then after that we would get our money. Then there was a state commision we had to pay of $220.00 and an activation charge of $540.00 and a California state tax of $110.00. I have talked to a man that said he is the manager named Andrew Taylor and even begged him to at least give us our money back and told him that he has basically stole all of the money that we had. Now we are left with nothing they have our rent money for our bills, even the money we had to get diapers for our 6 month old son. I told them both Emily and Andrew that but they of course do not care because they are theives. Maybe we are nieve for sending money to get a loan, but you never think that something like this can happen to you. This is devistating.
