So I purchased a product called Surefire Payday 2 and the upgrade from this 'guy' named Ezra Wyckoff via one of his 'affiliates'. I found the product to be of no interest to me so I claimed a refund as I had no real interest in putting the product to use.

After about 10 yes that's (T-E-N) emails to [email protected] asking for a refund and losing my temper, he eventually gets back and tells me he owes me nothing and I should contact the affiliate.

I purchased the product from his site, he should be the one giving me the refund.
Anyway, he eventually gets the front end product refunded to me, but low and behold the more expensive upgrade still doesn't get refunded.

After yet more abusive emails from myself and the charming Ezra, he eventually just cuts me off and doesn't respond to me at all. He has basically washed his hands with me.

I have contacted his affiliate, Jamal Campbell (who by the way I have never heard of as I am not on the email list of anyone with that name) on [email protected] three times now and not got a response from him either.

I don't know what these guys are playing at but if you buy that crappy product that is of no use to anyone with half a brain and you would like a refund, it's not going to happen.

By the way, nearly 3 weeks have gone by and still no refund.

Absolute joke!
