Saw the TV ads for months on TV, had a need for product so I wanted to order their TV special of $19.99 plus $9.95 S&H and get a 2nd large can for FREE, just pay separate $9.95 S&H ($39.89 total). Their automatic ordering system is horrible to start with, I never received a total, but was forced to listen more and more ads with the promise of a total/finalization of the order I placed. After 30 minutes of ads I hung up. Not feeling good about the order I called their Customer Service folks and was told I ordered 4 cans of there product at $79.99 (no way, no way, did not, not even by accident). Even though the order had not been shipped or processed, they told me I had to wait for the product to arrive and ship it back with an RMA number. Since it had not shown up on my credit card/debit, I had my bank cancel my card and re-issue a new one. They are not going to get one penny out of me. Now I'm going to post this anywhere and everywhere I can.
