Site looked official, so paid my 49.00. Then kept researching and found I could have done this all free. Have contacted them three times by their online form to try to get some of my money back, but no one has contacted me.
Update: 10/15/2013
Just an update, they got back to me after trying to contact them 4 times through their web form-they claimed they only received the last one. Anyway, they refunded half of my payment quickly per their Terms on their website.
