I received a phone call on the 5/9/13 from this company saying that they could help me look for a loan and it will only take a few minutes of my time to go through the application they had no upfront fees or hidden costs like other companies and there was no obligation. I gave them my bank detail cos they needed to see I had an active account but no money would be taken from my account. On the 16/09/13 £79 was taken from my account, I then received a letter dated 23/09/13 telling me that they had taken this from my account. I rang them on the 03/10/13 demanding a refund only to be give a load of abuse down the phone. I have no idea what I have paid for and under the Consumer and Credit act 1974 I am fully entitled to a full refund. These people a thieves and frauds
