I experienced bad service at Chicago truck,and my truck has been caused more damage because their service, need help to resolve the issue.

My name is (Personal Information Removed), I am the customers of Chicago truck, I am experiencing very bad service when I sent my truck to Chicago truck and my truck has been caused more damage because their service , right now they charged me an outrageous amount of money $ 1730.00 which caused by their service in order to bring my damaged truck back. I tried to work with their front desk/ Bill to resolve the issue, he asked me to contact their service manager/Ken, I sent email to their company and my sister talked it with their manager/Ken, so far no any response back, My truck still in their parking lot. the damage still didn't resolve so far. here's the detail as below

At first, my truck (Volvo-2004) only had a minor low power issue when connecting to a heavy load. I dropped my truck in your service center On Friday (9/20) to check. On Monday (9/23), their employee Bill told me they found a faulty part, and my truck should be good again after replacing it. I agreed on the total charge of 2 hours labor plus $215 part fee. But after they finished working, my truck would not even start up! Finally on Wednesday (9/25), someone must have found the damage previous technicians caused, so my truck can start up. Still, my truck shakes very violently, and the initial low power issue still has not been fixed, but more worse, Bill told me to fix the truck I need to pay 24 hours labor plus $4216 part fee, and he will not even assure me anything can be fixed. When I refused the outrageous terms, I was told I need to pay $1730 just to bring my truck back!

I choose Chicago Truck service because I thought, it should be specialized on truck repairing because it is the dealer authorized repair center, right now I am very disappointed now. The technicians I spoke to are rude to me because of my foreign accent. The extended repair time has done damage to my business. Most of all, my truck is in a much worse condition than it was before repair, and I have to pay an outrageous amount of money to fix this problem someone else caused.

I propose two solutions to my problem. 1. Fix my truck with the original price we agreed on (2 hours labor plus $215 part fee); 2. Fix the new problem caused by technicians from your center (truck shakes very violently) with no charge.
