This on line agency give the false impression that they can do assist with your complaint. The initial application does not state a fee until the end. There is no address or contact person. In reality, they do thing but take customers' money.
When I requested my money back before processing, I was threatened to be taken to court, my credit would be affected, and my credit card. Bad Company in my opinion.
