Bought tickets for concert total $281.24 (4 tickets) Section 222.The next day they e-mail me said unfortunately there inventory was not updated on time and 222 section was sold out. They would up grade me to Section 207 Row G (4 seats ) The day I order tickets I passed on Section 207 Row G the tickets $31.00 a ticket (4 x $31.00 =$124.00) because location was not as good. They e-mailed me saying Section 207 was closer to the stage row G was better. Section 222 and Section 207 are across from each other. I had Row S in Section 222 which was the front row of that section (seating went S front to A back row) Section 207 (seats go from A front to S back row) This is not upgraded ( I been in this arena poorer seats ) Song Entertainment said this was all in the agreement when buying tickets. All I can see is that they get you to buy expensive tickets and down grade you to less cost tickets that they have on there site. I feel cheated out $124.00 I bought something that was not there.How can this be legal? I even did not trust the tickets I received and went to the CFSB Murry Ky and had them verify the tickets. The delivery date they gave for tickets was late. Not a total loss grandkids get to go Florida Georgia Line Oct 10 at CFSB Center Murry Ky.
