I decided to use paypal2skrill.com to transfer some money from skrill to paypal. I transferred $120 first and was told i had to wait for 10 hours for the transaction to be processed.After 10 hours i was told the minimum transfer is $200, and was told if i transferred a further amount to add up to $200,the transaction would be processed instantly. I then transferred $90. I was the told the transfer would be processed within one hour.However it was not.When i contacted them again, i was told the minimum transfer had suddenly risen to $500, and i had to transfer a further $290 to make the transaction happen. I refused to transfer any more money and the site refused to refund back the original $210.
