I ordered the trail bottles for GBCX and it came but there was no letter with it stating that if you never sent it back you would be charged £79.52!! I never saw any of the on the website when I ordered free sample. So I just thought it was a free sample as it advertised. after trying the product, I have not lost weight as it advertised it would.
I asked to cancel any direct debit from account and expected at least the bottle to be dispatched. Upto now , nothing has arrived.
I called the company and was told the £5 we paid was for shipping and we had to pay for the product.
This is misadvertising! I want my money back as i would never have signed up for a £79.52 package!
