Hi, I bought an one year Online TV subscription from watchindia.tv, they are an IPTV company based in USA. After the year finished they deducted $225.93 from my account. While I called them to ask they replied back and said that the subscription is auto chargable every year and we need to contact them 15 days before the subscription ends to cancel the subscription. After asking to cancel it on the spot their customer rep told me that the cancellation charges are 25% of the subscription fee. I finally agreed for that and they advised me that the cancellation is being processed and my refund will be made in few days. It happened in mid January and I am stil waiting for the refund. I have contacted their customer support department few time asking about my refund and they always give me same excuse that there is technical fault going on and I will get my refund soon. I tried to search for people like me on the internet and found few consumer forums and found out there are so many people like me who have same problems as me. Could you please help me getting my refund or atleast point me to someone who can help.
This company is a total fraud, even if my money doesnt comes back I really want this company owner to die dogs death or (Inappropriate Content Removed).
