My story is the same as the ones I'm reading about today. I ordered 4 bottles of the product on 9/20. Website stated that my account would be charged 10 days after ordering. Received them on 9/28. Called to cancel on 9/30. My account was charged on 10/1, the same day I mailed the unopened product back. I called on 10/2 & was told I'd have to wait up to 12 business days before seeing a refund in my account. When I called on 10/1 nobody told me this information. No supervisors available to talk to. I was just told that my complaint would be recorded. I asked the phone attendant where he was located. He said St. George, UT but by his accent & the sounds in the background, I'd say it was out of the country.
Update: 10/03/2013
In my original complaint, I failed to state that when I called on 9/30, I was told that my account would not be charged. I called back the next day when I saw that it had been charged & was told I would have to wait. I feel I was misled & lied to.
