approx the start of june and for the next 3 months i was recieving a charge on my cell phone of $3 a text from short code programs, they said i entered a contest to win a Ipad, not responding to the text messages they kept coming and my phone bill was racked up 120.00 of charges and they said i had to fill in a complaint on line to try and have the charges reversed.....my 12 yr old had got ahold of the phone....
