International boundaries
They charge $39.00 for regular processing and $49.00 for expedited delivery, however all they do is complete the FREE form and give you a PDF that -- is also not completed correctly as my last name is cut-off. The two options are deceiving because it makes you believe they have control over processing the request. And if you were like me, and thought you were on the government website you would think this was the delivery option for the card. I feel very foolish. No contact number either- I sent two emails and someone is supposed to get back to me within 48 hours.
