Thought this was the USPS change of address form. They hide how much they charge when it gets to the page where you enter your card information. Don't know if they will be using my card for other things, will be shutting it off once all charges are done pending. Unfortunately I am moving to a state that doesn't have my bank so I will be closing my account before I can get refunded. Very angry!
