I explicitly told them not to renew my membership still they charged $249 to my account and will not refund after I reached out to them over 10-15 times. I had paid using paypal and disputing with paypal didn't help either.
After several attempts/months they agreed to return 187 (i.e. after deducting 25% cancellation fee) - but haven't seen a dime yet.
