I had spoken to a Mr. James Jones. He informed me that I owed $1,900 dollars in fees and costs to a company (which he did not disclose) for a payday loan I never received and "ab attempt to defraud a financial institution." All he kept repeating is that I am entitled to my day in court and that I would have to handle it. He never gave me any other information about that and proceeded to talk over me and yell saying that he cannot provide me with any information he did not have.
