Ordered Galaxy Foamposite for my 13-year-old son's birthday, that's all he wanted. Never received shoes and no one is responding from customer service. This is a big scam, do not buy anything from this place!!

I just submitted tracking information and payment notification receipts. Please help me, my 13-year-old son did not get a birthday present this year because we paid for these shoes and had no more left over to buy him a present!
