I made a buying request on Alibaba for laptops on Alibaba and the above company responded on my email with a catalog of cheap IT goods. We exchanged a few emails discussing price and shipping. I did the TT and that was that. No laptops have been shipped out , just half baked stories. The company is a front for con artists and they run two websites to assist them in their business. www.shine-forward.com and sf-elec.com. The company used for the TT was HOTOPRO industry co.
