I applied in online application on this Company Merchant International Lending and They sent me a message that I am approved.I sent all the necessary documents with them and they are asking me the 3 options for the secured loan and I choose the 3 months deposit for the security loan.I sent the money in western union Under the name of Akemie Phillips.My loan Representative is Lana Preston.But after I sent the money one of the Guy name is Gregory Dellers called me that my loan is not approved due to my Bad Credit.

- I too applied for a loan with this company and Lana Preston was also my loan rep. I requested for my funds to refunded back to me. I received an email from a Megan Jones confirming my refund. This whole situation has put me in such a distress situation. I think we should all get together and find a way to shut this "company" down. My damages are $766.

- I have sent a certified letter to the company ceo/president Richard Magable.also have kept in touch with banking officials of Jamaica. They are now watching also I got a calltoday Oct.17,from Gregory Beeler who now states I had to pay $400.00 in fees,not taxes I told him his lies have gotten him in trouble,as he's forgetting what lies he's told who. Advised him of people I've been in contact with,got nervous said he would call me back tomorrow. Will keep you advised. I am going to be relentless on this one. I am also currently doing a letter to the complaints coordinator of Financial Services,Jamaica. If any one else would like to write a complaint, send it to Complaints Coordinator, Financial Services Commission 39-43 Barbados Ave, Kingston, Jamaica

- I, too am filing a complaint with the Financial Services. I read another post with whom they contacted the FBI. Please keep us updated as I will do the same.

- wow, Oct.27,2013 a Sunday,and they sent you a letter saying your funds would be refunded today? A company that works on Sunday? you cant get ahold of them all week long but they are going to process a refund on Sunday? please let us know if you actually get a refund!! thanks

- I can't believe this company is still at. Will someone please investigate. I have notified F.B.I. The U.K. Authorities on banking frauds etc.. Just today I read reports just filed on ripoff reports that people are still being ripped off by this company. Here it is almost a year later, and I still have not received my deposit back or my so called approved loan!!! It's amazing how these companies get away with this and not got stopped or arrested
