I ordered natural cleanse on September 17 around 630pm. i received the product on September 26 with an additional item in the package that I didn't order. I assumed it was a free item. Little did I know until after I had opened the product that I was charged for both of the bottles I received. Since I had opened the bottles I was now liable for them. I clearly read the terms & conditions before I hit submit. (The job I have, I debate with homeowners on a Daily basis about the terms and conditions/ CC&Rs/ Collection policies, so I know to read the fine print of something I purchase) It clearly states on their website under cancellation policy for trial orders, that you have 18 days to cancel without being charged. I cancelled on October 1st at 730am. Plenty of time. I was told when I cancelled that I had cancelled in time and my account will be inactive. when I checked my account the sake day I saw that I was charged. when I called them back I was then told that I had received a 14 day trial ( the product I didn't order but was given and now charged for). I was told that the moment I hit submit started day 1of 14days. asked them if I ordered at 11:59pm on September 17, if the 17th would still be day 1. The man said yes. What a scam!! I called 3 times to dispute the charge and asked 17 different times to speak to a manager, they refused & then told me that have all left for the evening. I read the customer service man, word for word from the company website about their cancellation policy & he said yes that's for the natural cleanse not the Garcinia Cambogia. I told him that no where in this policy states that the 18 days applies to only one product. The guy told me, "well hit the submit button" This Company is a scam.
