I was booking flight with AIRTRAN when this question popped up that would I continue using AIRTRAN in future too, when I clicked YES, the offer popped up with multiple options one being from ENTICE PERFUME to pay only Shipping and Handling and get a perfume for free. I gave my credit card information and paid shipping and handling.
I received a perfume by the name 711, I searched on internet but could not find the worth in dollars for it but going by the quality I dont think it would have been for more than $10.
After a month a received another perfume by the name "SEDUCTION" for women (worth $20 approx). I had no clue until then that I have accidently signed up a subscription program with ENTICE PERFUME.
When I called the customer to take the perfume back and refund me my money which is $144($95 charged after first 14 days + $49 charged after a month) they refused to do any refunds or returns. They said that terms and conditions say that you can ONLY cancel any future subscriptions after first 14 days of start of subscription.
They dont seem to have any return or refund policy after 14 days.
I'm higly dissappointed with company' DISGUSTING reaction to its customers.
Feels like a TRAP.
I'm looking for a refunds for my $144... Not sure who can help.
